Andrew is licensed to practice law in New York and California. He represents plaintiffs in federal civil rights actions and criminal defendants in appellate and post-conviction proceedings.
Before entering private practice, Andrew worked as a public defender at the Legal Aid Society of New York.
Andrew holds a J.D. from Cardozo Law School, from which he received the Cardozo Writing Award for his work outlining strategies for securing the release of incarcerated individuals. He also holds a B.A. from Hunter College, from which he received the Edgar Dawson Prize in Political and Legal Theory.
